DISTANCE HEALING IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ): 

~ We lock in a time that works for you, Monday to Sunday 9am to late. Changes can be made to the date and time of booking, but no cancellations please. Once you have read through this entire page, signed the consent form and made payment via the ‘Pay Now’ button (all at the bottom of this page), I will be in touch to book your healing.

~ Cost of all distance sessions is $100 AUD. (REIKI STAR MEMBERS receive 20% discount = $80 AUD – go HERE to become a member.)

~ I will invite you to send me through a brief description of anything specific you would like addressed during the session (this is optional and not essential – I have done many healings without any prior insight from the receiver).

~ Just prior to your healing, I will contact you to let you know I’m ready and the healing is about to begin.

~ You will find somewhere quiet to rest and relax, undisturbed, for approximately one hour. Recommendations: switch off all electronic devices, your phone and anything else that may disturb you, dim the lights, put on some relaxation music (or listen to sweet silence), close your eyes and then give yourself permission to open up to receive the healing, then simply rest for the hour.

~ When the healing has finished I will contact you again to advise, and I will then send you the notes taken from the session. (IMPORTANT NOTE: we won’t physically be communicating in any way during the session, as I am so absorbed in the session doing automatic writing, communicating with other energies and beings, etc).

~ You can then slowly make your way through the notes, enjoying the healing journey that your mind body and soul has just experienced.

Other important things to note before, during and after your distance healing:

~ Stay hydrated – make sure you support your body through hydration before and after the session.

~ Let go of any expectations – whatever you think you will experience, or whatever you have experienced in the past from a distance session, needs to be let go. The more you can open yourself to surrendering to the experience, the more effective it will be.

~ You may have your own experiences during the session – some people see, sense and feel the energy during distance healing sessions. Please always know that you are 100% safe, and everything is for your highest good and greatest joy! Some sensations can feel strange or even uncomfortable but as your physical body adapts to the healing, these sensations (as strange as some of them can be!) will feel less “weird” and more “amazing”. You may experience waves of heat or cold, tingles, tugging or popping, which is all energy shifting and moving through you. You may see colours or shapes behind your closed eyes – again, completely normal. You may feel emotional – releasing stored or buried emotions is a big part of most healing sessions.

~ Please don’t get attached to anything you experience during a session – be the on-looker, the witness, to your healing experience. Remember, surrender surrender surrender!

~ If, at any time, your experience feels too intense or ‘real’ return your attention to your breath. But try, if you can, to stay with it and see how it unfolds.

~ Some people don’t feel or experience anything physical during a distance healing session. This is also common and normal and nothing to worry about. The more you trust and surrender to the healing energy, the more your ability to see, sense and feel will develop. If you feel nothing but deeply relaxed, this is enough!

~ Take your time reading through the notes at the end of your healing. Absorb the journey, feel into the descriptions, ask me any questions if anything doesn’t make sense.

~ Trust and know that YOU are the one doing the healing! I am the facilitator – it is mostly YOU doing this. Take ownership of your healing journey, don’t become dependent or reliant on anyone else, and you will notice a huge difference in how you see, sense and feel and in how you respond post-healing.

~ Some people notice changes immediately, and some notice subtle and gradual changes over days or weeks. Everyone heals and responds post-healing at different rates – there is no right or wrong. Trust your journey. Trust that you are healing!
